Stepping into the complex engineering projects for ProAxion under Joshua Ridley's leadership was incredibly rewarding. Josh meticulously defined the needs through detailed user stories, Jira tickets, and a comprehensive product roadmap. Josh cares about the projects that he oversees and the people that he works with. He would much rather prop up a coworker than take the credit himself and he has consistently made me look good in doing this. Josh works hard to know and understand every aspect of a project and uses his knowledge to effectively communicate with every department. He is always happy to provide an answer to questions to save time or make himself available to help with brainstorming solutions. It should also be noted that brainstorming with him has created far better solutions than I have ever had to brainstorm with other people, and he will bring that to any team he works with or oversees. 

Working with Josh has helped me become a better leader, better at user experience, and more productive. He has made me look good numerous times by working together to lead teams to produce better and quicker products. 

I am very lucky to have had the opportunity to work with, learn from, and know Josh. Any company, organization, or person would be just as lucky to work with him.
